On April 25, 2006 when Rossanna Telhiard was almost 9 months pregnant, she had scheduled two important visits that day. First, her weekly doctor's visit and then her Real Estate exam later that same day. Once Rossanna was at the doctor's, he had given her the news that she may go into labor that day or the next day. Rossanna immediately said to the doctor that she had a 1:00pm exam and whether she can go and take the test first! The doctor agreed yet told Rossanna that as soon as her contractions were 5 minutes apart to run to the hospital. She went to the test center and although she had minor contractions during the test Rossanna Telhiard had passed the Real Estate exam and within the next day she delivered a baby girl.

After resting a few weeks Rossanna had begun looking for a Broker to start working right away, helping buyers and seller with regards to their houses.
